In the Fleet Department we have sixtyfive roles in five (5) Sections, namely Upper Deck, Engineering, Factories, Hospitality and Medical. The Officer’s roles are set up as the senior specialists with 15+ years in the industry. The complexity of the NAMSOV Fleet is in the type of vessels, the origin of the vessels and the digital and other technology used on the vessels. The unique skills required are due to, the size of the vessel as determined by international maritime law and the specialist factory or engineering equipment and machinery that must be managed and maintained as per the particular regulations of the original manufacturing agreements, demanding qualifications and / or experience.
