The Challenge
The Financial Reporting Manager plays a lead role in ensuring high quality financial data for reporting purposes and manages the financial accounting, contractual administration, Insurance and taxation aspects of the operations. The incumbent will be accountable for reviewing data submissions and consolidated financial data, overseeing the preparation an analysis of actual financial information for monthly and quarterly reporting. They will ensure that data is presented accurately and accounting issues are identified, understood and resolved on a timely basis through detailed planning and process management. The Financial Reporting Manager will provide insightful analysis and commentary on financial data when required. It is therefore vital to form strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and Finance teams across the business. In addition, the incumbent will provide technical accounting support to complex transactions (e.g. acquisitions and disposals). They will also take responsibility for the implementation of continuous

The Ideal Applicant:
- CIMA. C.I.S or equivalent
- Five years.experience at Financial/Cost Accountant level
- Experience with financial planning and analysis, benchmarking of financial/business data and operational efficiencies and value chains
- Demonstrated working experience working within a team to deliver against set targets
- Experience in Financial Controlling. Funding and Cash flow processes
- Understanding of complex commercial and technical accounting issues
- Operational experience in preparation of financial reporting
- Track record in driving continuous improvement
