Role Purpose:
An exciting entrepreneurial advisory role within a dynamic banking environment, where success is defined by your ability to cultivate and leverage strong internal and external relationships.
This role offers uncapped, performance-driven earnings with significant upside through new business generation and recurring income streams. While no pre-assigned client book is provided, the role offers strong access to opportunity through the bank ecosystem, including daily exposure to client engagements, ongoing opportunities within branch and business banking environments, and the ability to build sustainable referral pipelines through internal partnerships.
It is ideally suited to experienced advisors who are confident in their ability to build networks, identify opportunities, and convert these into long-term, sustainable value.

Requirements
- Have 5+ years’ experience in financial planning, insurance or wealth management
- Have a proven ability to build and manage a client portfolio
- Are relationship-driven and commercially minded
- Are NAMFISA compliant (or working towards compliance)
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-drive
- Demonstrate the ability to generate business without reliance on allocated leads
- Take ownership of performance and income growth
- Are comfortable operating in a performance-based environment
- Hold a Grade 12 qualification with relevant diploma and life insurance certification
- Have a valid driver’s license
