We are looking for a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management.

Main areas of responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash
management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best
practices.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage the company’s banking relationships and oversee cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Fully proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
• Ability to handle pressure, take ownership and accountability and drive good commercial outcomes.

Education and Experience:
• BCom Hons degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role
• In-Depth working knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Previous operational financial management experience within the FMCG industry or related marine industry
with a strong focus on strategic management will be beneficial.
• Demonstrate a strict practice of confidentiality, personal responsibility, and discretion.
