Reports to Managing Director

Introduction Application in F.A (Cash Flow, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Debtors, Creditors, Treasury, Costing, Reporting and Budgeting) is accurate. Monthly Forecasting, Financial planning and Payroll knowledge of Namibian Tax laws, Liability and Unemployment insurance.

The successful incumbent should contribute to the profitability and success of the business unit, in line with the strategies, policies and procedures of the client.

Ensure the F.A implementation of SAP B1 and on-going application for F.A

Cash Flow

Balance Sheet

Income Statement

Debtors function

Creditors function

Treasury

Costing

Reporting

Budgeting & Forecasting

Financial Planning

Payroll

Tax & VAT

Unemployment & Liability Insurance.

Adhere to Health and Safety legislation upholding the organisations’ Health and Safety Policy

Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required

Carry out all other tasks that may be delegated from time to time

Requirements Key Skills Required

Must have a Financial Degree/Diploma

Must have 10 years’ experience – F.A. Implementation & Working of SAP or SAP B1

Costing experience – Essential

Computer literacy – Essential

Must have auditing background

Good working knowledge of SAP and Accounts

Defined competencies

Interpersonal communication skills

Figure orientated/Logical

Good customer relationships

Ability to work under high pressure
