Young Africa (YA) Namibia, a young and growing Namibian NGO, aims to empower young people through practical training in market-oriented trades, in combination with life skills and entrepreneurship. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for friendly, honest, hardworking, and responsible candidates who are dedicated to the integral development of underprivileged young people. We offer the following positions:

FINANCE OFFICER (OTJIWARONGO AND ONIIPA)
• Oversee the financial and administrative operations of YA and that they adhere to the YA Finance and Adminis¬tration Policy
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, and financial disburse¬ments. and ledgers.
• Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for projects and for YA.
• Manage financial controls and prepare and analyse budgets.
• Monitor the expenditures and make recommendations to ensure that program funds are utilized appropriately.
• Oversee the financial audits of all YA projects as well as the organisational audit.
• Provide inputs for proposal development, and project management. Human Resource Management policies, logistics, travel, and other areas of administration.
