We have a vacancy for a Finance Clerk

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 preferably a 2020 graduate, Mathematics with a symbol B or above.
• General computer literate to at least intermediate level (Windows, MS Word and Excel)
• Pastel Accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Understand age analysis of accounts and understand general ledger structures

Responsibilities

• To accurately capture invoices in the accounting systems in order to effect payment on time and accurately to creditors.
• Check & match invoices against orders database.
• Administration of Hospital Stationary.
• Accurately process invoices in Accounts Payable.
• Filling of invoices.
