Key Responsibilities
- Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of value added, financial, insurance products and extended warranties with a complete explanation of regulatory procedures and policies.
- Completing and processing all transactions between the customer and the dealership, with particular focus on financial institutions and insurance companies.
- Building and establishing new and existing relationships between insurance companies, financial institutions, value added product suppliers and the dealership.
- Ensuring a good relationship is established between the Finance and Insurance department and the sales teams of new and used vehicle departments.
