Key Responsibilities

• Management of the full Finance and administration function.
• Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Managing cashflow.
• Financial reporting and preparation of financial statements.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Managing audits, governance, and controls.
• Handling tax matters.
• Reviewing payroll and processing payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Registered Professional Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the mining, metallurgical, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience working with operating systems such as, Sage or similar ERP systems will be advantageous.
• Ability to accurately diagnose financial issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of all Namibian taxes and governate compliances.
• Knowledge in preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once, prioritizing effectively.
• Commitment to safety, environmental and ethical practices.
