FARM PAYROLL/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The successful candidate must be able to:

• Do Payroll and payroll administration – check and calculate wages from time register and capture on payroll system;
• Oversee all administrative related tasks;
• Reconcile accounts
• Provide secretarial services for management;
• Update staff records;
• Pay queries;
• Review and answer correspondence;
• Ensure the integrity of record keeping and filing;
• Record keeping on chemicals, fertilizer, cane harvesting (per field) and citrus harvest (bins per orchard and cartons per orchard)

• Assist with financial administration (obtaining quotes, placing of orders etc);
• Communicate well at all levels including management, staff, and third parties;
• Be self-motivated, work well with other people and on their own.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in English;
• Computer literate with proficiency In Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Pastel VIP Payroll
• Export compliance documentation
• Global GAP and SIZA experience will be beneficial
