The main responsibility of the  Farm Manager is to be responsible for obtaining  better yield and profitability As a farm Manager, your duties, skills and qualification will include Decide on the type, quality and quantity.

’Budgeting the farm management and accomplishing the farm activities within the planned budget ’Management of sales and marketing of farm products ’Preserving environmental biodiversity and undertaking protection activities if need be ‘Keeping a track of health and safety of farmworkers and other staff. Skills and Experience: ‘Strong decision-making.

Problem-solving, Communication. The ability to work with people. Leadership and Administration skills ‘Must have a minimum of 5-6 years experience in the same field work. ‘Speaking Chinese will be added advantage; only short-listed candidates will be contacted
