Vacancy Announcement:
Position: Farm Manager
– We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and target driven Farm Operations / Project Manager to start working as soon as possible. Duty station: Linyanti, Zambezi Region, Namibia.
Responsibilities:
Must know how to design a crop programme, preparation and maintenance of soil, planting, tending and harvesting horticulture crops. Must know staff management, maintenance offencing, keeping of records and must be able to undergo reference checks.
Qualifications:
(Minimum a grade 12 certificate), Must have at least 5 years of crop experience and farm management, must be able to drive a tractor and work with farm implements.
Benefits: A monthly salary, a bonus (based on targets achieved), free accommodation and transport for official use only.
