Post Designation : Farm Foreman Grade 12 1 x Post : Okomumbonde Research Station Scale of Salary : N$99 633 —119 501

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A Grade 10 certificate with 24 points over 7 subjects with a D-grade in English or Equivalent qualification on NQF Level 2. The candidate must have at least 3 yearsw of farming experience in small and large stock production on a Government Research Station or Commercial Farm.

Good command of English in both written and oral. Sound knowledge of stud breeding, especially Bonsmara cattle and Boer Goat breeding. Skills in farm maintenance like welding, water installations, fencing and repairs of farm implements and equipment will be an advantage. Good leadership skills and human relations will de added advantages. Namibian citizen with a valid Code Cl drivers’ license.
