EXECUTIVE: TECHNICAL REGULATION – Electricity Control Board

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, energy regulation, or a related field is usually required, and many employers prefer a postgraduate qualification or professional certification such as a Certified Energy Manager or membership with the Engineering Council of Namibia. Relevant experience in electricity sector regulation, compliance, or technical standards is also essential.
