Executive Store Manager – Windhoek
The main purpose of this role is to drive and grow profitability of the business division/Store through the effective management of its employees, financial and technological resources and ensure efficient application of the company’s policies and procedures and management best practice in order to exceed all stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Preferably a commerce bachelor’s degree / or equivalent experience
Advanced Excel / Access and relational database skills
10 – 15 years Retail experience with 5 of these on a senior management position
Required Previous Experience:
Preferably previous experience / knowledge of building equipment and materials
Experience in Kerridge System
