Primary purpose of position

This is a senior executive position (Paterson E4) reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The purpose of this position is to implement the financial offering strategy of NamPost. Develop, manage and optimise the market potential as well as the scope of the Financial Services Business Unit and its products and services which include the Savings Bank, insurance and payment solutions. Develop appropriate cost effective and integrated structures and capacity in order to achieve projected business results.

Educational and experience requirements

A Business degree (Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics or Business Management. MBA preferred). 10 years’ experience in business management, of which at least 5 years should have been in a Senior Management position, experience working with high-powered individuals operating in a team-based, fast-paced environment. Exposure to a retail banking environment and bank balance sheet management is an advantage. Evidence of quantifiable and verifiable examples of leading organizational transformation projects and programme developments.
