EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – FOA

Key Performance Areas:

• Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, composing, and preparing correspondence, agendas, comprehensive minutes, and compiling documents for meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for high level meetings both internally and externally.
• Maintenance of confidential documents and records.
• Plan travel and coordinate events.
