Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute events to ensure effective brand visibility and exposure
- Ensure all branding and promotional material is correctly displayed and aligned with company standards
- Assist with planning, organising, and managing events and activations
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns through event execution
- Maintain and manage branding materials and event equipment
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Ensure smooth event operations, including setup and breakdown
- Monitor and report on event performance and effectiveness
Requirements
- **Qualifications:**
- Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years’ total work experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing or branding role
- Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning and coordination
- Minimum of 1 year experience in business administration
- **Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong knowledge of events management
- Good understanding of marketing principles, consumer insight, and the marketing mix
- High level of attention to detail and creativity
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- **Working Conditions:**
- Driver’s license is mandatory
- Medium physical labour required (event setups, handling branding material and equipment)
