- Grade 12 Certificate plus National Diploma in Public Health or Environmental Health or equivalent qualification.
- Three (3) years appropriate experience with at least two (2) years on supervisory level.
- Knowledge of the Local Authority Act
- Knowledge of the Public Health Act
- Sound interpersonal / excellent communication skills
- Sound customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- No criminal record
- Code B Driver’s License
