Opportunity | Duty Description
Key performance areas
· Driving successful implementation of reliability improvement initiatives/model;
· Develop project plans for reliability initiatives, based on a recognised process;
· Develop, recommend and implement strategies for improving equipment reliability and process reliability;
· Facilitate and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions to identify failure causes, containment and counter-measures as necessary;
· Monitor work management processes to ensure compliance to tactics requirements, especially PM01 compliance;
· Facilitate and lead tactics development sessions using FMEA/PMO/RCM methodology;
· Support the development and assessment of condition monitoring and hydrocarbon management related tactics and maintain tactics in the tactics schedule; and
· Support and lead reliability improvement projects.

Minimum requirements
· A recognised Bachelor’s degree / B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
· Minimum three years’ post qualification relevant working experience excluding experiential studies; and
· A valid code BE driver’s licence.
