To maintain the highest levels of confidentiality while ensuring compliance with the Industrial Relations Policy and Procedure Manual and due process in all proceedings involving individual cases. To act fairly and impartially to all parties involved in disciplinary hearings

• Minimum Qualification – LLB degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Industrial Relations
• Experience – 5 to 8 years of Labour Law and Practice experience
• Proven track record of experience in presiding over disciplinary hearings
• Excellent negotiation skills
