Unik Construction Engineering Namibia (Pty) Ltd, registered in 2015, located at 26 Bensburger Street, Lafrenz; Windhoek, specializes in larger scale projects ranging from road and bridge construction, water and sewer services, residential, commercial, industrial buildings and infrastructure development.

1. EARTHWORKS FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control all daily site activities relating to bulk earthworks, platforms and related civil works.

• Monitor plant, labour and materials to ensure production and quality targets are achieved.

• Interpret construction drawings and set out works in accordance with design levels and tolerances.

• Enforce compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

• Prepare daily site reports and maintain effective communication with the Site Agent and Project Manager.
  Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role on earthworks, platforms or road construction projects.

• Sound knowledge of earthmoving equipment, production rates and construction sequencing.

• Ability to read drawings and use basic surveying instruments.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in remote project locations.

• Namibian citizens or candidates holding valid Namibian work permits will be given preference.
