Driver | R&T Trading requires

R&T Trading requires 5 x Code 14 Drivers who will be responsible for driving a code 14 truck. Tasks include, amongst others:

• Salary N$ 6 500 per month. N$ 5 000 per cross border trip. N$ 100 food per day.
• Responsible for the vehicle.
• Day to day inspection of the vehicle and to report all faults.
• Loading and off-loading various material and equipment
• Ensure adherence to the Road Traffic Act
• Ensure the safety of other road users
• Abide by the regulations as set out in Occupational Health and Safety Act, company policies and the regulations of the road.
• Navigate your way through Namibia and foreign countries.
• Clear and good communicator in Afrikaans & English (essential) Regular updates to controller

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

• A minimum Grade 10 certificate
• Valid, unendorsed Code 14 license with valid PDP, Passport & Namibian ID
• 3 years driving experience
• Hands on and practical approach to the job
• There is no such thing as “not my job”
• Willing to take regular lie detection tests

• Sober Habits no drug users
