Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual and professional driver services to the Country Manager, staff and visiting delegations, including field missions and airport transfers.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain an accurate vehicle logbook, and coordinate fuel, servicing and repairs.
- Deliver and collect official correspondence, documents and supplies from government offices, banks and service providers.
- Support meeting and event logistics, office supply management, mail handling and general administrative assistance.
- Assist with reception duties, document filing, and travel arrangements for official visitors.
- Uphold organisational policies on vehicle use, safety, confidentiality and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education; vocational certification in automotive mechanics or office administration is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional driving experience, preferably with an international organisation, diplomatic mission or large private-sector company.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and sound organisational skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel) is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and emergency requests when required.
