Opportunity | Duty Description

Responsible for completing assigned tasks daily.
Ensure that an incident/accident involving the vehicle is reported within 3 hours to the Supervisor.
Ensure the log sheet is completed on a daily basis.
Maintain proper record keeping.
Transport the team and materials to and from destinations.
Arrive at destinations on schedule.
Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays.
Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
Ensure that the vehicle is always ready for use
Report the needs for vehicle repairs and vehicle replacement to the Supervisor.
Carry out any task as delegated by the Supervisor.

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

A Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration with 2 years of working experience in administration and logistics.
Or
Grade 12 with a minimum of 20 points in 5 subjects with an “E” symbol in English. In addition, must have successfully participated in at least five (5) or more Household-based Census/surveys/projects.
Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license for a minimum of at least five (5) years
