Opportunity | Duty Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Responsible for the delivery of goods to clients in Windhoek, surrounding areas nationally and internationally and the transport of staff.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The safe and timeous transportation of staff to and from work.
• The safekeeping of vehicle and stock until delivered to clients.
• Receive, safekeeping and return of POD’s to the company.
• Maintain vehicle according to laid down procedures and instructions.
• Returning of any overload and/damaged goods to the company.
• Responsible for the offload of bulk products at clients.
• Must be willing to work shifts.
• Performing ad hoc duties as per supervisor’s request.

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

• Minimum Grade 12 (NQF4) and two (2) years’ experience as a Heavy Duty Driver
• Must be able to read, write and speak English and Afrikaans
• Namibian Citizen
• Valid Code CE Driver’s license
• Valid GP would be advantageous
