DRILLING SUPERVISION GEOLOGISTS X 2 – Tnn Investments Cc

A degree in Geology or Earth Sciences is essential for this role. Candidates should also possess valid driver's licenses and certifications in mine safety or first aid to meet local site requirements.

The role involves overseeing drilling operations to ensure core recovery and sampling quality. You will be responsible for logging samples, managing drill crews, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.

Mining roles often follow a rotational shift pattern, such as a 'fly-in fly-out' or 'drive-in drive-out' schedule. Expect a demanding environment where teamwork and resilience in remote locations are highly valued.

Standard packages usually include medical aid, pension contributions, and generous annual leave. Some employers also provide housing allowances or on-site accommodation depending on the project location.

Experienced supervisors can advance into Senior Geologist or Project Manager roles. Some may transition into specialized resource estimation or exploration management within the Namibian mining sector.

Submit a professional CV and cover letter highlighting your field experience and technical skills. Employers prioritize candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and have a proven track record of managing drilling contractors.
