Position: Doctors Secretary (1)

Qualifications, Skills, Competencies, and Experience Requirements:

⦁ Diploma/Certificate in Office Management/Administration or related fields
⦁ Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience in a medical environment.
⦁ Computer Literate (Proficient in MS Office).
⦁ Must be familiar with Elixir Medical Software.
⦁ Knowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and medical office procedures; knowledge of medical coding is strongly desired.
⦁ Experience processing insurance claims.
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Working knowledge of basic medical procedures.
⦁ Have an understanding and interpret the FFS & NAMAF Tariff Structure.
⦁ Attention to detail and accuracy.
