The post involves the management of primary health care at our farm in Aussenkehr.

Requirements:
Degree in Nursing with competency in General, Psychiatric, community and midwifery nursing.
Diploma for Primary Health assessment, treatment and care.
Registration with Health Professional Council of Namibia
Certificate in Dispensing for Healthcare Professionals with own license.
Extensive knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety, especially chemicals.
10 years of more relevant experience
Code 08 Drivers License
Own Housing
Computer proficiency would be an advantage.
Key performance areas include but are not limited to the following:
Basic Healthcare
Health conditions on a farm
HIV/TB awareness and assistance programs
Clinic administration and record-keeping
Management of healthcare of workers
Supervision of the farm creche
