DIRECTOR: FACILITIES (5-YEAR PERFORMANCE-BASED
AGREEMENT)

DUTY DESCRIPTION

Architecture or a related
discipline with at least ten (10) years of experience in construction
project management, infrastructure, facility and fleet maintenance,
campus control and general operations of a large-size, multidimensional organisation of which five years should be in a managerial
role. Proven competence in strategic planning. Comprehensive
understanding of architectural and engineering plans and
specifications, policies and procedures on facilities management.
Proven track record in project management, sound experience in
strategic management and people management skills, with exceptional
ability and resilience to function under pressure.
