Salary Scale : N$512,809 – N$544,196
Housing Allowance : N$815,58.00 p.a

Capital Costs : N$87,202 p.a
Running Costs : N$27,273 p.a
Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor Degree on NQF Level 7/equivalent plus 9 years
appropriate experience.

Additional Requirements: At least 3 of the 9 years’ experience should been spent at the
management Deputy Director Grade 4/ equivalent. Must have relevant experience in
strategic management, Decentralization and personnel/technically related organisational
component(s) of delegated functions. Driver’s license is a must have.
