Position: Digital Transformation Manager

Department: Digital Data and Customer Transformation

Purpose of Role:

Lead and coordinate initiatives defined as part of the organisation’s digital transformation strategy. This role will be responsible for leveraging digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience, and drive innovation across the organisation. Including building and growing a digital-savvy culture within the organisation.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, ideally a master’s degree in a business or technological field.

Experience:

10 years’ work experience in banking, other financial services, and/or digital projects in banks or financial institutions.

Position: Business Banker

Department: Kudu Branch

Purpose of Role:

Responsible for managing a defined portfolio of clients, integrating and coordinating the Bank’s products, services, and resources to maximise the value of business relationships and ensure profitability for both the Bank and its clients. In addition, accountable for driving the acquisition, retention, and growth of Business Banking clients within the assigned branch.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• A Commerce degree or equivalent

Experience:

• Knowledge of banking systems and procedures.
• 5 years’ banking experience, specifically within the Business Banking environment.
• At least 6 months’ experience within a credit environment.
• Good knowledge and understanding of banking financial service mechanisms and the entire range of products and services useful to corporate organisations.
