The incumbent will serve as a critical link between business users, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless digital banking service delivery, exceptional customer experience, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and support the Bank’s digital banking ecosystem, including: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Banking Applications (SmartApp), USSD Services, API integrations, Digital, payment platforms.
- Ensure end-to-end processing and successful completion of digital banking transactions.
