Key Responsibilities
- Drive the acquisition, retention and growth of digital banking clients within allocated portfolios.
- Promote digital banking solutions and relevant Group products during client implementation interactions
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities across digital banking and related transactional banking solutions.
- Assist clients with understanding, accessing and utilising digital banking features and functionality
- Identify applicable opportunities to grow digital usage or product penetration within existing client portfolios
- Conduct client needs analyses and recommend appropriate digital and online banking solutions.
- Achieve agreed sales, revenue, activation and digital adoption targets
- Monitor client utilisation and engagement levels and implement strategies to improve adoption and retention.
- Adhere to digital banking policies, regulatory requirements, information security standards and client confidentiality obligations
- Contribute to client retention through consistent, reliable and solution‑focused implementation support
- Maintain clear and complete records of client interactions, implementation actions and outcomes
- Identify market trends, competitor activities and client needs to support business development initiatives.

- 1-3 years’ experience in client onboarding, digital banking support, implementation or customer service environments
