Key Responsibilities

Providing 2nd & 3rd line support on
Workstations and laptop
Network (LAN) issues
Printer, copiers and fax machines
MS Office and other application support
Technical troubleshooting and repairs on IT related equipment
Provide 1st line support on:
Routers / switches
Servers & Server software
Assign calls to the technical staff
Assign calls to technical staff
Log calls with 3rd party support
Stock management
Ensure sufficient backup stock is available
User profiles
Office Administration
Server Support

Requirements

Namibian citizenship
Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology or related field
Minimum 4 years experience
Internationally recognised A+ and N+, MCSA will serve as a distinct advantage
Exceptional understanding of the principles of networking and internet technologies
Above average technical knowledge of PCs, laptops & printers
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Valid Code B drivers licence
