Position: Deputy General Manager

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

⦁ Assist General Manager with the Management of the daily operations of the entire factory;
⦁ Championing of Sales, Supply, and Marketing;
⦁ Analyze and adapt to relevant and current market situations;
⦁ Liaise with key customers;
⦁ Management of Sales and Marketing Staff;
⦁ Management of the Logistics Department and Relevant staff.
⦁ Management of deliverables;
⦁ Draft, implement, and maintain relevant market reports, sales reports, expense reports, etc., and communicate with General Manager and other Company Management.

Qualification:

University Degree majoring in marketing or economic management.

Experience:

Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience working in the Cement Industry of which 5 years should be experience in sales and marketing Management. Possess basic knowledge of cement and related products, basic: knowledge of contracts, and intricate knowledge of management. Must have intricate experience in contract negotiations and facilitation and sales skills and strategies. The candidate must be able to read, write and speak Chinese and English as the candidate must communicate with both local and international clients.
