Salary scale: NS 492 567-517 836
Housing Benefit : NS 68 188 per annum
Motor vehicle allowance: NS 76 950 per annum
Capital Cost N$ 25 751 per annum
Running Cost N$ 25 751 per annum

Minimum Requirements: A B Degree at NQF L7 Plus 9 years of appropriate experience.
Additional requirements: Preference will be given to candidates with three (3) of the nine years experience on a supervisory Grade 6 level in any of the following fields: Human Resources Management/Training and Development, or Grade 5 level in the field of Human Resources Policy Analyst and Labour Inspector with extensive knowledge of Sage VIP Payroll and Human Resources (Proof must be attached thereof). Candidate must have a valid Drivers’ Licence.
Key performance areas: As per the Post Profile of Deputy Director Human Resources Management Grade 4 in Regional Councils.
