The Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) with support from the Global Fund Grant is looking for dynamic, suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following Vacancies

Cost to Company (TCT) N$ 798 197.76 per annum
Duration From Date of Assumption of Duty – 31 December 2024 (Renewable up to 31 December 2026 based on performance)
Duty Station Windhoek- Programme Management Unit
Primary Purpose The National Grant Manager of the Namibia Global Fund Programme Management Unit (PMU), under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) as the Principal Recipient (PR) of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM), is responsible for the implementation, coordination and administration of the Namibia Global Fund Grant activities through creative planning, effective use of staff and ensuring professional teamwork.
Appointment requirements
• Bachelors degree at NQF 7 in Public Health, Health Management, Social Sciences or related plus nine (9) years’ appropriate, supervisory and management experience.
• Preference will be given to applicants with Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Management, Social Sciences or related at NQF 9 plus nine (9) years’ appropriate, supervisory and management experience.
• Proven experience in project development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting.
• Proven leadership track record in a reputable organization and/or multinational or related plus nine years appropriate experience.
