Requirements
- Previous experience on MS office
- Previous experience on a medical program will be advantageous
- Grade 12 (Matric) with proficiency in literacy and numeracy
- Relevant office administration qualification would be highly advantageous
- Previous experience with handling account queries
- Minimum typing speed of 30wpm
- Previous exposure in a pathology/medical environment is highly advantageous
- Must have frontline/client service experience
- Ability to problem-solve
- Client-focused with excellent attention to detail
- Display initiative
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills while demonstrating the ability to listen
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans. German will be an advantage
- Driver’s license will be an advantage
