Daily tasks often include developing and maintaining campus-specific software applications, supporting academic and administrative systems (e.g., student information systems), and troubleshooting hardware/software issues across Dorado Campus facilities. Collaboration with lecturers, admin staff, and other IT units is routine, and adherence to local data protection expectations under the Namibian Data Protection Act is essential. Remote support and on-site assistance during academic terms are common, with flexible hours sometimes required during peak periods like registration or exams.
