DEBTORS CLERK – Waltons Namibia

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Compile debtors’ reconciliations
Management of aged debt
Correspondence with customers/ debtors via telephone, letter or email to address payment issues, request etc.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and improve processes
Process new Customer application forms for review by Finance Manager
General administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Grade 12 Certificate with at least 20 points in 6 subjects with Accounting or Mathematics a D symbol
3 years’ experience in finances in either debtors management and collections
Computer literate (Advanced level of MS Excel & MS Word)
Must have good & effective communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Task and deadline orientated
Work under pressure and in a Team
