Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate with at least 20 points in 6 Subiects with Accounting or
• Mathematics a D symbol
• 3 Years’ experience in finances in either debtors management and collections
• Computer literate (Advanced level of MS
Excel & MS Word)
• Must have good & effective communication skills in English and
Afrikaans
• Task and deadline orientated
Work under pressure and in a Team

Job Specification

• Compile debtors’ reconciliations
• Management of aged debt
• Correspondence with customers/ debtors via telephone, letter or email to address payment issues, request etc.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and improve processes
• Process new Customer application forms for review by Finance Manager
• General administrative duties
