VACANCY: Debtors Clerk
Are you detail-driven and passionate about keeping finances in check? We’re looking for a Debtors Clerk to join our dynamic Finance team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare client estimates & quotations
• Handle invoicing with accuracy
• Stay on top of credit control & collections
• Reconcile debtors’ accounts and keep records up-to-date
Requirements:
• A qualification in Accounting/Finance (Grade 12/Diploma)
• Experience in debtors, invoicing & reconciliations
• Great attention to detail + strong Excel & accounting system skills
• A team player with excellent communication skills
