Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and remediate client and policy data in line with KYC & AML requirements
- Administer group and retail insurance schemes, including setup, renewals, and terminations
- Process policy updates, amendments, cessions, and cancellations
- Manage and assess group schemes claims on related risk products underwritten by Liberty Life Namibia
- Capture and reconcile premiums, process refunds, and support month-end reporting
- Prepare operational and remediation reports for management
- Respond to client queries in line with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
Requirements
- Degree or National Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Experience in insurance administration, data management, or operational roles
- Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance
- Strong data accuracy, analytical, and organisational skills
- Experience with insurance systems/management tools is advantageous
