VACANCY: DATA ENTRY CLERK
Responsibilities:
- Perform filling and other administrative as required
- Assure all clerk duties are covered among three clerical personnel and sees to it that work flow meets department’s requirements, receive telephone and personal calls.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
- Secure facilities and amenities
Qualifications:
- Certificate in office Administration level 3
- Phone systems, windows Based Computer Systems.
- Professional proficiency in English language skills highly preferred as well as others.
- Must be willingly to work a flexible schedule.
