Customer Service Consultant

Purpose of the role:

• Assist customers with all travel related services and customer enquiries (inbound &outbound).
• Achieve and maintain optimal accessibility to customers in order to achieve performance targets.
• Provide excellent and constant customer service to ensure service quality in dealing with customers at all times.
• Maintain product knowledge at all times to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Personal Competency Requirements:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and service oriented.
• Building Rapport with customers and clients.

Key Requirements:

• 2 years’ Customer Service Experience
• Fluent in German and English both verbal and written.
• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Good understanding of computer system and standard software.
• Availability and ability to work rotating shifts and public holidays.
• Able to start immediately
