We are looking for a reliable, motivated and professional Customer Liaison for SPAR KLEIN WINDHOEK, who will support the store by driving sales growth through proactive customer engagement and exceptional service. This role needs to communicate promotions and obtain customer feedback to foster an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with welcoming customers, communicating promotions and enhancing customer shopping experience.
- Assisting with queries, concerns and customer complaints.
- Oversee all orders, quotations and invoicing to suppliers and or customers.
- Facilitation and coordination of information between departments
- Customer Relationship Management
- Always Uphold Health and Safety and personal hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service and similar role.
- Proven abilities to build relationships with customers and problem solving in professional manner.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Numeric Literacy: able to understand and interpret figures.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Basic Microsoft applications and Retail systems knowledge.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
