About the Role
-
Assist passengers with inquiries and bookings.

Manage flight bookings and re-booking’s efficiently
-
Provide direct sales and after-sale support
-
Maintain high-quality service standards
What we’re Looking For?
-
C1 proficiency in German & fluent in English
-
Grade 11 (new curriculum) or Grade 12 Certificate
-
Customer service experience
-
A home office setup with stable ground fibre internet (min. 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
-
Namibian citizen, permanent or domicile resident
-
Willingness to do shift work
