JOB ROLE
| To interact with customers, by providing and processing information in response to inquiries,
concerns and requests regarding applications for water connections and customer accounts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
– Grade 12 Certificate
– Bookkeeping/Accounting qualification will be added advantage

Experience
– 2 years’ experience on customer care environment

Legal Requirements
– Driver’s License Code B

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs: Microsoft Excel & Word

– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices (Customer service orientation)
– Ability to work independently with limited supervision & under pressure
– Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage

Key Performance Areas

– Facilitate new applications
-Handling customer queries
-Check customer account balances on SAP
-Handling customer reversals
-(Handling connection list of new customers
– Handle cutting list of defaulting customers
– Updating new customer register on SAP
-Assist with purchase of connection materials for new customers connections
