• Orders & Requisition
• Creditors capturing, processing and payment
• Petty cash
• Subsistence & Travelling
• Procurement & Store / Warehouse
• VAT Reporting

Minimum Requirements and competencies for the Post:

• Grade 12 Certificate & a National Diploma: NQF: Level 6 in Accounting & Finance or related field
• 2 years appropriate experience in a Financial Environment.
• Sound Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamic GP Financial System
• Sound knowledge and understanding of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS)
• Sound Knowledge of Public Procurement Act. 2017 (Act 15 for 2017)
• Analytical, Planning, Time Management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge in Local Authority will be added as an advantage
• Computer Literacy & Customer Oriented
• Must be a Namibian Citizen
